Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our manufacturing facility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep our customers feeling SAFE knowing there going to a shop full of mechanics they can trust with there investment, This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. our mission our goal is to provide this community with trust worth repair work. as honest as a doctor when diagnosing and repair there auto investment and also sell cars looked over by mechanics they can trust. quality customer service and every bolt tighten back to spec! Duties Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot and repair automobiles using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes of issues. Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment condition. Conduct welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding) and fabrication tasks to repair or modify machinery parts as needed. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage components, to restore functionality. Support field service operations by diagnosing problems on-site at various locations within the manufacturing facility or customer sites. Requirements Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including industrial electrician skills. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and industrial maintenance procedures. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Experience working with hydraulic systems, welding (including tig welding), and precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance management and documentation. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Effective customer service skills with a focus on safety compliance and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Additional assets include military background or field service experience, proficiency in English, and familiarity with industrial safety standards involving high voltage and low voltage systems.
