KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Lead to join our Advisory Services practice Responsibilities
  • Lead
SAP S/4HANA
Cloud Public Edition (GROW & GROW Fast) Finance implementations from solution design through deployment and stabilization.
  • Serve as the Finance solution authority, driving Fit-to-Standard adoption, clean-core principles, and SAP best practices across finance processes.
  • Lead client workshops and executive discussions to align business requirements with
SAP S/4HANA
Public Cloud capabilities.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end Finance solutions including Record-to-Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Project Financial Management.
  • Oversee functional delivery teams and provide leadership across design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover activities.
  • Lead sales pursuits, solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and pursuit activities for
SAP S/4HANA
Public Cloud opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop consulting professionals while contributing to the growth of the
SAP S/4HANA
Public Cloud practice.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications
  • 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Proven experience leading at least three
SAP S/4HANA
Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
Cloud Public Edition, including Fit-to-Standard methodology, Central Business Configuration (CBC), SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, and emerging SAP Business AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership teams.
  • Experience selling, scoping, estimating, and delivering SAP transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting Private Equity portfolio companies, carve-outs, integrations, or accelerated ERP deployments is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills with a proven record of building high-performing teams and delivering successful SAP programs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
