OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

: This position will provide overall administrative, clinical, and operational leadership for the Agency's OMH-licensed behavioral health housing programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting stability, independence, and community integration for the individuals served.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

: Provide overall administrative, clinical, and operational leadership for the Agency's OMH-licensed behavioral health housing programs, including Community Residences and Treatment Apartments. Ensure programs operate in accordance with OMH regulations, Agency policies, contractual requirements, and best practices in recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to the Behavioral Health Housing Team. Oversee the delivery and quality of clinical, rehabilitative, and supportive services designed to promote stability, independence, community integration, and quality of life. Provide or participate in direct services as appropriate, including crisis prevention and intervention, assessment, advocacy, follow-up, and coordination of care. Collaborate with individuals, families and natural supports, local mental health authorities, and other behavioral health, healthcare, housing, and community providers to ensure coordinated services and effective transitions. Oversee program compliance, documentation, incident management, quality assurance, and performance outcomes. Ensure staff receive appropriate supervision, training, coaching, and professional development, while promoting accountability and excellence in service delivery. Monitor program performance and prepare reports for Agency leadership regarding outcomes, regulatory compliance, service quality, and progress toward established goals. Promote a culture of respect, accountability, recovery, self-determination, and excellence in customer service for the people supported and for internal and external partners.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT

Assignments and organizational support roles may be determined at a future date

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

: Some evenings required with occasional weekends as needed Experience with behavioral health populations. Some experience with substance use/abuse. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in providing supervision Must have valid Driver's License

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field Bachelor's Degree, in related field, with 8, plus years of management and supervisory experience

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
