Pathway is searching for a Service Director for our Contract Services Department to work in beautiful Jackson County! This position is responsible for ensuring Pathway's Core Values and Mission are at the forefront of all services. This is a salaried position with excellent benefits! Do you possess experience working with people with disabilities, have experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity, and have a basic knowledge of Oregon's developmental disability service design? This position works closely with the contracts director and company administration to operate and maintain delivered services. The director provides bidding data, budget complaint scheduling, and personnel management. The director ensures training and performance of service managers and maintains relationships with customers. Duties also include company representation to outside entities. This position oversees services in multiple counties across Southern Oregon, so travel back and forth is required as needed and scheduled for support. This person is a member of the senior management team and exercises a high degree of independent decision-making. You must be able to successfully pass a State of Oregon criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Proficiency with computers including navigating email, Word, Excel, and databases is preferred. Minimum Education and/or

Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma, or GED. This position should have 10 years of experience performing property services, 5 years of project management level experience In the janitorial field, and 5 years of experience bidding and working directly with customers.
