$25-30/hr all-inclusive Position Overview The Tennessee Department of Health is seeking a Public Health Licensing Administrator to support administrative operations for the Division of Health Related Boards. This role processes professional licensing applications, renewals, permits, and reciprocity requests, ensuring full compliance with state statutes and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate licensure applications, renewals, and credentials for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility. Issue approved licenses, certifications, permits, and statements of authority. Maintain accurate records of licensing fees, database entries, and financial transactions. Coordinate regulatory board meetings, examinations, and related administrative logistics. Provide professional customer service to applicants, healthcare professionals, and the public regarding licensing laws and application status. Handle confidential information securely in compliance with state policies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Professional experience in licensing administration, credentialing, regulatory compliance, healthcare administration, or case processing. Strong computer proficiency, including database management and electronic record systems. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication abilities. Nonit Pay:
