PM Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain purchasing data within ERP or inventory management systems. Create, update, and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare and compile purchasing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for internal use. Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier invoice discrepancies or payment issues. Communicate with vendors to request quotes, samples, lead times, pricing, and product specifications. Assist in negotiating pricing for raw materials, packaging, and supplies as directed. Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure adequate inventory for production. Provide back-up support for the Buyer in daily procurement activities. Maintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, certifications, and quality documents. Support sourcing activities for new materials and packaging based

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework strongly preferred 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, with additional exposure to planning, operations, or logistics Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
