This role is responsible for accurate data entry, purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and administrative support to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (purchase orders, invoices, inventory, receipts). Prepare, process, and track purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery status. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. Verify order confirmations, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy. Maintain purchasing records, supplier files, and documentation in compliance with company procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist with reorder point tracking. Support expediting and follow‑ups to prevent production delays. Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed in a high‑volume environment.
