BILINGUAL HIGH ENERGY OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR PART TIME / FULL TIME WORK AT OUR DORAL LOCATION. YOU WILL ASSIST WITH OFFICE DUTIES, PURCHASING DEALS, PAPERWORK, AND OTHER DUTIES!

! Must have a flexible schedule Must be available for at least or up to 25 hours a week! Must be savvy with computers/typing Be friendly and persuasive to our customers! Bilingual, is a plus! Sales experience HUGE plus! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phones and calling customers for follow-up Inputting client information to our database Persuading customers to sell their vehicle Presenting offers in an encouraging manner Assisting with office duties Maintaining the office environment Creating paperwork for purchases Signing and preparing documents for signage You will be working as our office/personal assistant to the owner/supervisor/manager. Must be able to perform clerical duties in a timely manner and arrive to work ON TIME. Pay rate starts at $16-$19 an hour with room for bonuses/growth/increases. We are looking for a part-time /full time employee looking to grow with our company.
