Purchasing Agent Ultima Design of South Florida is looking for an experienced Purchasing Agent to join our team.

$20-$25 per hour

Full-Time Responsibilities Request quotes and negotiate pricing with vendors. Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. Ensure materials are received on time. Maintain purchasing, shipment, and vendor records. Process returns, RMAs, and vendor credits. Resolve pricing, quantity, and delivery discrepancies. Coordinate purchasing needs with other departments. Perform other purchasing-related duties as needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of purchasing experience preferred. Millwork, cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Sage 50 or similar accounting software experience is a plus. Accounts payable experience is a plus. English and Spanish required Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
