We're growing, and we need someone who can move properties, not just list them. The Opportunity We're looking for a full-time Disposition Manager to take over properties once they're under contract and get them sold. You'll be managing our buyer network, marketing inventory, negotiating assignment and resale terms, and pushing deals to close. This is not a passive coordinator role. You are actively working the buy side of every deal we bring in. You'll work closely with our acquisitions team so nothing sits. The moment a property is locked up, it's yours to move. What the Job Looks Like Day to Day Manage active disposition pipeline from contract to close Market properties to our cash buyer list and outside investor networks Field and qualify buyer offers, negotiate terms, and close out assignment or resale contracts Keep buyer relationships warm so new inventory moves fast Track every deal status in our CRM and flag anything at risk of falling through Coordinate with acquisitions, title, and the buyer to keep closings on schedule Show up to daily in-office morning meetings to sync on pipeline and priorities Who We're Looking For Real estate or wholesale disposition experience preferred, not required if you've sold or negotiated for a living Strong negotiator who can hold ground on price and terms without losing the deal Organized enough to run multiple properties at once without dropping the ball Comfortable on the phone building relationships with investors and cash buyers Wants to be paid on what they close, not just what they show up for Available to be in our Salisbury office daily

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
