Office Assistant

Responsibilites:

Data Entry Handling incoming phone calls Assisting with proposals Assisting with invoicing Recording daily jobs Recording employee hours Manage filing system Recording receipts Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing Helping to organize and maintain office areas Maintaining inventory

Requirements:

Experience as an office assistant or related field Ability to work under limited supervision Great communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks (preferred)

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling Running errands Stocking supplies Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls
