Job Description

Your Tasks:
As a part of the Shared Services - Purchasing group, the team member will participate in a variety of types of projects. This includes Paint Shop Construction, Conveyor, Robot, Application and Pollution Control equipment, fabrication, and installation. Align, define and standardize purchasing processes and procedures according to company guidelines Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in purchasing activities Support in meeting international laws related to purchasing and supply chain activities Work towards achieving company certificates in 3rd party standards related to purchasing excellence Define and standardize reporting processes and tools per direction from Management (i.e. Dashboards, automations, SRM tools, etc.) Utilize available tools and systems to create and maintain standardized reports and best practices for purchasing activities Support in completion of Sustainability requirements and compliance including supplier communication, follow up, escalation and conveying progress to management Perform other duties as assigned to support purchasing activities

25% or more as needed
Your Skills:
Preferred 3+ years Purchasing experience, if possible, in the automotive environment Bachelor's degree - Supply chain/logistics, engineering, construction management or equivalent experience Good organization and time management skills - ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing work assignments. Professional experience in an English-speaking environment Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience with pivot tables, macros, PowerBI preferred Experience with SAP is preferred Good communication skills, capable of facilitating and documenting meetings Experience in preparing meeting agendas, coordinating schedules, and sending out necessary materials in advance Apply now
