Thus, we expect admin & management roles to be with us on-site during the week. Purchasing Assistant We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with production and scheduling processes. Core Responsibilities

• Maintain Inventory Levels
• Create purchase orders
• Verify orders are completed and received on time
• Additional projects as needed Requirements
• 1-2 years purchasing experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to occasionally travel to our Middletown, NY facility Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Pay The pay range for this position is $45,000-$50,000/annually.
