Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in materials handling, inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or a healthcare/clinical supply environment.
• Experience receiving deliveries, inspecting shipments, reconciling items against packing slips, and maintaining accurate receiving records.
• Ability to safely handle, organize, and store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical gases according to established storage requirements.

The main responsibilities are to accept deliveries from supply vendors and parcel delivery services when they arrive and record them on the daily log.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect all incoming packages and cross-reference items received vs the packing slips.
• Put all medical supplies, drugs, vaccines, and medical gases away in their appropriate storage areas within the clinical departments.
• Assist in monitoring all medical supplies inventories for replenishment needs.
• Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
