Buyer Assistant•

DOE Schedule:
25 hours/week, Monday-Friday, flexible 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Crown Staffing is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support our purchasing team in Hamilton, OH. This role is primarily administrative and transactional, helping to ensure smooth procurement operations while providing valuable support to the Buyer.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory Prepare reports and summaries for the Buyer Support vendor onboarding and manage documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials Handle general administrative tasks to keep the buying team organized and efficient
Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience Associate degree or higher Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment If you are organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply today!
