California Real Estate License preferred, but not required About the Role Bockman Group is expanding its real estate business from Austin into San Diego, and we're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Real Estate & Operations Assistant to help build and support that presence. This is a hands-on role covering real estate operations, listing preparation, marketing, vendor coordination, events, client support, and select Bockman Home market research and expansion initiatives. The right person will have the opportunity to grow alongside the business, with a clear path toward becoming a licensed Buyer's Agent and taking on more client-facing responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Help prepare listings for showings, open houses, photography, and appointments Assist with scheduling, database management, email/calendar organization, and day-to-day administration Coordinate marketing materials, social media needs, and listing promotion Communicate and coordinate with vendors, photographers, contractors, and event partners Support open houses, client events, and local business development Support Bockman Home market research and project sourcing, including identifying neighborhoods, properties, renovation opportunities, vendors, and local market trends as the business establishes its San Diego presence Help establish and maintain Bockman Group's growing San Diego presence As licensing and experience develop, assist with showings, buyers, offers, and transaction support What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative Clear and professional communication Genuine interest in real estate, sales, marketing, design, or renovation California Real Estate License preferred, or a serious interest in becoming licensed Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities can vary day to day Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and comfortable driving throughout San Diego What We Offer Base salary plus commission opportunity Hands-on experience building a growing San Diego real estate business Direct mentorship and a clear path toward a Buyer's Agent role Exposure to listings, buyers, marketing, events, negotiations, and transactions Experience across real estate sales and Bockman Home market research and expansion Opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the San Diego business grows Best Fit Someone organized, dependable, ambitious, and excited to learn real estate from the ground up.
