1. Upload and code invoices in TimberScan 2. Assist shop drawings during busy times in Tekla A. Upload/Check drawings B. Issue Cuttings to shop in a timely manner 3. Create/ Process Purchase Orders in Tekla A. Email to vendor. B. Save quote C. Save confirmation 4. Receive and save BOL to the corresponding purchase order in Tekla A. Email vendor and Purchasing Manager about any errors 5. Assist with shop orders as needed. A. Produce cutting for shop. 6. Check and save COCs & MTRs for purchase orders. 7. Contact vendors and check to make sure orders are shipping per the date requested. 8. Assist with ordering shop orders that deliver to the jobsite A. Structural Bolts B. Anchor Bolts C. Rebar/DBAs D.
