Join our pediatric therapy clinic in Fort Smith, AR, where we're on a mission to deliver personalized, child-led therapy that meets every client where they are. If you love bringing order to chaos, connecting with families, and being part of something meaningful in your community, we want to meet you! What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely cares about getting things right. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a strong grasp of front office medical procedures and workflows Understand the basics of occupational, physical, and speech therapy (or are excited to learn!) Feel comfortable navigating electronic medical records (EMR) systems Show up reliably and take ownership of your work What You'll Do No two days look the same here! You'll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly, including: Verifying insurance eligibility and keeping schedules on track Being the warm, knowledgeable first point of contact for new families — answering their questions about OT, PT, ST, insurance, and what to expect Managing the flow of evaluation and treatment scripts to and from physicians and insurance companies Staying on top of monthly script tracking so current patients never experience a lapse in care Keeping our supply list stocked and our space clean and welcoming (yes, that includes pitching in with light cleaning like trash, sweeping, and sanitizing) Cross-training on scheduling so you can step in and support the team when needed Building relationships out in the community — delivering quarterly gifts to physician offices, partnering with daycares, schools, and aquatics centers Scouting out local events that bring our mission to life, like autism awareness runs, inclusive egg hunts, and free basketball camps What You'll Need Healthcare setting experience preferred Comfort with EMR/EHR systems and medical office software Solid understanding of medical terminology and records management Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail in data entry and documentation If you're ready to bring your energy, heart, and organizational superpowers to a team that's truly making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
