Tuesday-Friday:

9am-6pm (1 hour lunch)

Saturday:

Our Service Department is growing, and we're looking for motivated Service BDC Representatives to join our customer-first culture. What You'll Do Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling maintenance and repairs. Make outbound calls/texts to confirm appointments, follow up on missed visits, and re-engage past customers. Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience on every call. Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to maximize the department's success. Use our CRM system to track and follow up with customers. What We're Looking For Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes while staying friendly and professional Organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy Customer-first attitude and team player mentality Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
