+ Receives incoming calls that may come in during the scheduled shift.
+ Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
+ Relay work assignments to employees who are scheduled.
+ Process all warehouse manifests to verify the accuracy of orders.
+ Research and compile OS&D data. (Over, Short, Damaged)
+ Assist with food safety audits and other audits.
+ Collection of incoming mail, packages, and consolidation to send to DCP headquarters.
+ All customer orders, customer pick-ups, 3rd party deliveries, intercompany deliveries, signed and picked up RAR's to be collected daily, scanned, and then emailed to Finance.
+ General office file maintenance.
+ Other finance-related data collection tasks as they arise.
+ Other supporting tasks related to all areas of operation are deemed necessary by management. Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required + 1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to interact well with employees and customers
+ PC Literate with advanced-level Excel skills
+ Strong attention to detail
