We operate a network of 250+ premium billboard locations across Los Angeles County, including some of the most visible and high-traffic placements in the city. Our inventory supports campaigns for major brands across sports, tech, fashion, entertainment, and legal industries . Many of the ads you see across LA are placed and managed by our team.
Our office is based in the heart of West Hollywood , where we operate a fast-paced, high-performance environment focused on execution, growth, and long-term relationships.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work inside a core part of the advertising industry, gain exposure to real campaigns and major clients, and build skills in operations, sales systems, and business execution. AD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Location:
West Hollywood, CA (In-office) Overview - Regency Outdoor Advertising is a premier out-of-home advertising company with over 50 years of experience in the Los Angeles market.We operate a network of 250+ premium billboard locations across Los Angeles County, including some of the most visible and high-traffic placements in the city. Our inventory supports campaigns for major brands across sports, tech, fashion, entertainment, and legal industries . Many of the ads you see across LA are placed and managed by our team.

You will be:
- A core part of the revenue engine
- Supporting real campaigns across Los Angeles
- Working closely with leadership and decision-makers
- Building skills in operations, sales systems, and execution As the company grows, this role has a clear path into:
- Ad Operations Manager
- Operations leadership
- Broader business roles Key Responsibilities1. Deal Intake & CRM Management
- Create and manage deals in Pipedrive
- Ensure all deal information is accurate and complete
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline 2. RFP Processing
- Review and process incoming RFPs quickly
- Input key details (client, market, timing, etc.)
- Ensure deals are properly logged and visible 3. Pipeline Support
- Track deal progress and update records
- Ensure all deals have clear next steps
- Support overall pipeline visibility 4. Campaign Execution Support
- Assist with coordination of campaign launches
- Support posting schedules and tracking
- Help ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time 5. Team Coordination
- Work closely with Ad Ops leadership
- Support communication between sales and operations
- Help ensure smooth handoffs across teams 6. Quality Control & Accuracy
- Double-check data, details, and timelines
- Identify missing or incorrect information
- Maintain a high standard of precision What We're Looking For
