Do you enjoy making a space run better? If so, join the club. We're looking for someone who loves organization, likes solving problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. As the Assistant Office Operations Assistant , you'll help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly. You'll spend your days moving things between buildings, shipping boxes, organizing storage, making runs downtown to factories and vendors, coordinating cleaners and maintenance, and generally making sure everything behind the scenes keeps moving. Some days will be predictable. Some definitely won't be. You might be organizing a storage shed in the morning, making a factory run in the afternoon, and helping coordinate a maintenance issue before the day is over. You'll need to be organized, resourceful, dependable, and comfortable figuring things out as you go. What You'll Do Move inventory, supplies, boxes, equipment, and materials between offices, stores, buildings, and storage locations Receive, organize, label, and distribute incoming shipments Prepare and ship packages through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers Keep storage sheds, stock areas, offices, and other company spaces organized Help coordinate transfers of product, samples, supplies, fixtures, and other materials Make runs to factories, vendors, warehouses, production facilities, and other locations throughout Los Angeles Pick up and deliver materials, supplies, samples, and other items as needed Load, unload, move, and organize boxes and materials Maintain organized systems so supplies and materials can be easily located Monitor office and operational supplies and help coordinate replenishment Coordinate cleaners, maintenance personnel, handymen, repair technicians, and other service providers Help schedule and provide access for vendors and service providers Help troubleshoot day-to-day office, facility, and operational issues Assist with basic maintenance needs and escalate larger issues when necessary Keep common areas, storage spaces, and operational areas organized and functioning properly Support office moves, store openings, events, installations, and other projects Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, transfers, and other operational activity Assist the broader operations team with administrative and organizational tasks Take on miscellaneous projects and tasks that help keep the business running efficiently Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently Hands-on and willing to do whatever needs to get done Resourceful and good at solving problems in real time Able to prioritize multiple requests and changing priorities Comfortable communicating with vendors, contractors, employees, factories, and outside partners Professional, friendly, and easy to work with Proactive — you see something that needs to be done and take care of it Comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles for pickups, deliveries, and vendor runs Able to safely lift and move boxes and other materials Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, shipping platforms, and basic office technology Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience That Could Translate Well We're open to different backgrounds.
