Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our carpet cleaning team. In this role, you will answer phones, schedule customer appointments, and help keep our daily schedule organized. The right candidate is dependable, enjoys helping customers, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm carpet cleaning appointments. Enter and update customer information accurately in our scheduling system. Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency. Make reminder and follow-up calls to customers. Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about our services. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes or special customer requests. Assist with general office duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Friendly, professional phone manner. Good computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Customer service or office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Reliable, dependable, and a team player. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
