  • Securing customer's operational and technical goals Job Summary The Admin Scheduler is responsible for coordinating schedules for Trident personnel in support of The Client & Trident scheduling operations.
The Scheduler serves as a resource for scheduling questions and coordinates schedules, training, and the resolution of scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. Hours Tuesday through Saturday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduling tasks in support of The Client & Trident scheduling.
  • Serve as a coordinator for schedules, training, and resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Balance the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.
  • Report any scheduling irregularities to supervisors for further investigation.
  • Schedule time off requests and leave of absences.
  • Schedule accordingly without any conflicts with accommodations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments about schedules, assistance, and special details.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur in a timely manner.
  • Answer questions and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources.
  • All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma is required.
  • 2 or more years of scheduling experience is required.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in applications (iOS, Numbers, Pages, Keynote).
  • Experience with Shiftboard is required. Required Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess a valid/current California Driver's License. Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with Trident's customers, Trident's Corporate Office, and employees on site.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Must have initiative, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be adaptable. Working Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Long hours on a computer/laptop and using a computer keyboard.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
  • May be required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • This job may require the ability to travel frequently between client buildings and/or campuses.
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle between sites or to run errands.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, when needed. Reporting Structure
  • The Scheduler in Cupertino is a full-time hourly non-exempt role that reports directly to the Operations Manager.
  • The Scheduler works closely with The Client leadership and The Client employees.
