Job Description

Guizhou Tire North America (GTNA) is looking for an Operations Specialist to support our growing day-to-day operations, including ERP transactions, inventory management, order processing, EDI monitoring, reconciliation, and operational exception follow-up. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and reliable , with the ability to accurately handle recurring operational transactions and follow issues through to completion. Key Responsibilities Process daily transactions in ERP/NetSuite, including purchase orders, sales orders, shipments, receipts, inventory transfers, invoices, credit memos, and returns Monitor EDI and customer transactions and identify missing, failed, duplicate, or inconsistent records Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and virtual inventory locations Reconcile shipment quantities, ASN records, receiving quantities, inventory movements, sales transactions, and invoices Investigate and follow up on receiving, inventory, and transaction discrepancies Process and track returns, credit memos, and inventory adjustments Maintain an open exception list and follow outstanding issues through resolution Coordinate with customers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams on daily operational matters Assist with NetSuite implementation, testing, and ongoing operational processes Qualifications Previous experience in Operations, Order Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes consistently Good follow-through and ability to track issues until they are fully resolved Comfortable working with operational data and transaction records Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, filtering, and data comparison Good written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: NetSuite EDI transactions Order processing Inventory reconciliation Receiving discrepancies Returns and credit memos Multi-location inventory management Distribution, automotive, manufacturing, wholesale, or supply chain operations What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is careful, consistent, accountable, and comfortable working with detailed daily transactions . This role requires someone who notices when numbers or records do not match, follows established procedures, and continues following an issue until it is properly resolved.

From $60,000.00 per year
