Job Description
Our office is growing and we are looking for an additional Scheduler to join our team! Are you organized, personable, and energized by keeping a fast-moving operation running smoothly? Right at Home SD East County is looking for a Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll be the frontline connection between our Care Providers and Clients — building accurate, reliable schedules that keep high-quality in-home care running without a hitch. What You'll Do Build and maintain accurate schedules that match Care Providers to Clients based on skill, location, and availability. Serve as the go-to point of contact for Care Providers and Clients on all scheduling matters. Respond quickly to shift changes, call-outs, and last-minute needs, keeping everyone informed. Use WellSky and CareQB AI technology to keep scheduling data clean and communication seamless. Collaborate closely with the scheduling team, Hiring Manager, Training Supervisor, and Care Managers to solve problems and improve processes. Help maintain compliance with EVV, documentation, and scheduling best practices. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills — warm, professional, and solution-focused. Comfort with scheduling or care-management software (WellSky experience a plus). Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, healthcare coordination, or customer service preferred. A team player who thrives on building relationships and keeping people connected.
