Job Description

This is a rare shot at something most people never get: building a company from the ground floor. Inland North Care Partners LLC is a brand-new, locally owned non-medical home care agency launching in North San Diego County — and we're looking for our very first hire to help shape how this place runs from day one. If you're the kind of person who gets excited about building systems, solving problems on the fly, and creating a culture worth being proud of — this is your seat at the table. You won't be stepping into someone else's playbook. You'll be writing it. What you'll be doing: Meeting new clients and families, getting to know their needs, and building their care plans Matching caregivers to clients — not just by skill, but by genuine personality fit Running the day-to-day schedule and owning the on-call line when things come up after hours Doing regular in-home visits to make sure care quality stays excellent Helping recruit, onboard, and support a growing team of caregivers Keeping records sharp and organized in our scheduling software Being a go-to, trusted voice for clients, families, and referral partners Who we're looking for: Someone dependable to the core — the kind of person people know they can count on. Someone genuinely curious and eager to learn, who isn't afraid of a blank page. Someone who lights up talking to people and stays calm when things get hectic. If that's you, your prior background matters less than your mindset — though experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or scheduling is a real plus. Comfortable learning new software and systems Strong communicator who genuinely likes people Able to travel for a company training program in Atlanta, GA (all travel, lodging, and meals covered) — details on timing below Must be able to pass a background check (Live Scan) and TB clearance Room to grow: This isn't a static scheduling job. As the agency grows, so does your role — there's real opportunity to grow into a bigger leadership position as we build out the team around you. Early hires who help build something well tend to rise with it.
Training:
Once hired, you'll go through a structured onboarding program culminating in one week of in-person training in Atlanta, GA — fully covered by the company (travel, lodging, meals). Exact dates to be confirmed, expected within the next few months, pending final state licensing approval.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
Work Location:
In person
