Job Description
Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Gold River CA based client to identify a Payroll & Operations Coordinator to support accurate payroll processing and key operational functions across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who excels in payroll validation, timekeeping oversight, facilities coordination, administrative support, and cross-department collaboration. The coordinator will manage sensitive information, support recurring operational workflows, assist with contract routing and expense management, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Pay- $31-$36/Hr. (DOE)Onsite in Gold River CA.
Oversee Sage timekeeping and maintain organized electronic and confidential files.
Manage daily facilities operations, office supplies, vendor coordination, and support company meetings and employee events.
Support project management tasks, contract routing, RAMP expense training, and benefit invoice reconciliation.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, and leadership while identifying process improvements and supporting special projects.
Contribute to workflow management, team communication, morale, and performance feedback in alignment with departmental goals.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll processing and administration experience.
Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Understanding of GAAP guidelines
Responsibilities:
Process biweekly payroll, validate timekeeping, reconcile PTO/commissions, manage payroll taxes and 401k filings, and resolve discrepancies.Oversee Sage timekeeping and maintain organized electronic and confidential files.
Manage daily facilities operations, office supplies, vendor coordination, and support company meetings and employee events.
Support project management tasks, contract routing, RAMP expense training, and benefit invoice reconciliation.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, and leadership while identifying process improvements and supporting special projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll processing and administration experience.
Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
