Responsibilities Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end recruiting and staffing workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methods, defining KPIs and tracking performance over time. Partner with operations, sales, and talent teams to identify bottlenecks and design scalable process solutions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation for core operational processes. Use data and dashboards to surface insights, prioritize improvements, and report outcomes to leadership. Facilitate workshops and training to embed operational excellence practices across teams and regions. Support change management, ensuring adoption of new tools, processes, and performance standards. Collaborate with technology stakeholders to evaluate and implement tools that automate and streamline workflows.
