Job description: Overview Econ World Trading Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Floor Operations Associate to support daily receiving, stocking, and product organization. This position will receive incoming shipments, unload and move pallets, stock products on the sales floor, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments and pallets. Inspect packages for visible damage and report discrepancies. Move, organize, and stock products throughout the facility and sales floor. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed. Lift, carry, and move heavy products safely. Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization. Assist with loading customer orders and preparing products for pickup or delivery. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in receiving, stocking, material handling, or a similar position preferred. Forklift experience or certification preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving products. Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and safely perform physical duties throughout the workday.
