Job Description
Appleby & Company is a records reproduction and attorney service company focusing in legal/medical document scanning and subpoena preparation service. We are currently looking for a dependable self-motivated Scheduling Clerk who is conscientious, detail oriented and has excellent customer service skills. We want an energetic individual ready to join a great team. Responsibilities Making phone calls to medical providers, insurance companies, employers, etc. to obtain records requested Answer incoming calls from providers/clients related to record requests Speak with providers over the phone/email to schedule and follow up on appointments Resolve appointment conflicts for staff, providers, and clients. Enter notes in our system, request payments for providers and prepare outgoing correspondence Perform other office duties as assigned Skills High school diploma or GED required Must type 45 wpm High level verbal and written communication skills Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours/day Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Attention to detail Exemplary planning and time management skills Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills This position is full time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
