For more than 40 years, we have produced custom framing, fine-art printing and commercial art programs for individuals and household-name companies. Our work appears in recognizable restaurants, retail locations, entertainment destinations and commercial spaces. You have very likely seen our work without knowing who created it. This position combines administration, project coordination, client service, estimating and creative production. You do not need to be a framing or fine-art expert. You do need to be exceptionally organized, visually aware, comfortable with important clients and capable of turning creative ideas into accurate, completed work. What You'll Do Process orders, purchase orders, invoices and production paperwork Coordinate projects between clients and our production departments Track deadlines, details and open action items Communicate with major commercial accounts Write up and process recurring weekly orders Learn our custom-framing products, pricing and quoting process Prepare estimates, sales orders and project documentation Help customers make framing and presentation selections Take accurate measurements, photographs and project notes Participate in recurring Thursday client-site visits in Anaheim Help translate client requests into clear production instructions Cross-train in artwork scanning, file preparation, printing and other production processes Help wherever needed during high-volume periods The Person We're Looking For At least five years of administrative, operations, project-coordination, order-management or client-service experience Demonstrated creative experience or a strong visual background in areas such - Photography, Interior design, Art or gallery work, Visual merchandising, Graphic or print production, Framing, Styling or another design-oriented field Strong visual judgment involving color, proportion, presentation and detail Ability to understand a creative objective and help execute it accurately Excellent organization and follow-through Professional written and verbal communication Confidence working with important customers Comfort with measurements, calculations and pricing Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Willingness to work in both office and hands-on production environments Experience with QuickBooks, Adobe Photoshop, estimating or printing is helpful but not required. Schedule and Requirements Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Approximately 40 hours per week Occasional Saturday half-days during high-volume periods Valid driver's license and comfort driving a company vehicle locally Ability to safely handle artwork and materials weighing up to 40 pounds Compensation and Growth Starting compensation is $30-$36 per hour , based on relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities.
