Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) COMAT Operations Coordinator to support our daily air cargo and COMAT operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with shippers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to coordinate documentation, support cargo operations, and help ensure shipments move smoothly throughout the transportation process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support daily air cargo and COMAT operations Communicate with shippers via email and coordinate required documents Perform document collection, scanning, and filing Provide general operational support including cargo checking and warehouse-related tasks as part of daily operations Support assigned operational tasks and coordinate with internal team members Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned to support business operations
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Korean (required) due to our clients being Korean Air, and other major asian airlines. No experience necessary Strong organizational skills with a natural ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions Reliable and able to support a fast-paced operational environment Commitment to maintaining precise documentation and ensuring data accuracy across operational processes
