Operations Coordinator Confidential Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Customer service English Route planning Dispatching Full Job Description We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of assets and human resources including applications of Company policies and procedures to achieve efficiency, profitability, and good working relations with dispatch, owner-operators/drivers, customers, and the public.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees driver activity to ensure high standards of operation. Ensures customer satisfaction. Recommends training, coaching and discipline. Assists in overseeing the warehouse function. Assist with driver training and orientation. Handles pre scheduling and route maintenance. Timely appointments and delivery set up. Performs other duties as assigned. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Must be available Monday to Friday from 6/6:30am to 2:30/3pm

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
