As The SSL Ticket Operations Coordinator, You Will… Reporting to the Manager of SSL & Ticket Operations, the Coordinator will be primarily focused on processing SSL (Stadium Seat License) transactions, handling collections, and maintaining database integrity. More Specific Responsiblities Include, But are Not Limited To... Primary responsibility is to handle SSL collections outreach, customer service and default notifications Process SSL deposits and payments for SSL holders Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing refinance, transfer, and termination contracts Approve, countersign and process all SSL transfers Sell on specific year's default event to keep track of outstanding balances in future years for both SSL and season ticket member clients Calculate interest for accounts who would like to pay their SSL in full Interact with both the Rams and Chargers for account updates as needed Assist in annual invoice setup We'd Love to Hear from People With... Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1+ year working in a sports/entertainment environment preferred Team player with ability to work accurately and independently Strong attention to detail Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, & Archtics is a plus Ability to manage time and multiple tasks
