What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles Explain issues and repair options to customers clearly and professionally Guide and support other technicians when they get stuck Research technical information (service manuals, TSBs, wiring diagrams) and apply it correctly Help manage shop workflow, priorities, and job scheduling Keep the shop clean, organized, and up to standard

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on automotive experience Strong diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of how vehicles work Ability to communicate confidently with customers and team members Leadership experience or the ability to step into a lead role Attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Stable, growing shop with quality clientele A team that values skill, accountability, and doing the job right
