Assignment:

Ongoing freelance opportunity with potential to transition into a full-time position Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and prepare product samples for internal use. Steam and present samples to keep them organized and production-ready. Complete accurate data entry and tracking in Excel and Google Sheets. Assist with sample inventory organization and day-to-day coordination needs. Maintain a reliable, detail-oriented approach while managing a fast-paced workload. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in inventory coordination, retail, operations, or a related environment. Apparel or fashion industry experience is strongly preferred. Strong Excel skills are essential; proficiency with Google Sheets is also required. Experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus, but not required. Highly reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be local and available to work on site five days per week.
