LA City Cars La Puente is hiring a Bilingual Appointment Setter for our Internet Sales BDC. Base pay plus bonuses for every appointment that shows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Call internet leads within minutes of them coming in Follow up relentlessly by phone and text until you get an answer Set appointments and confirm them so customers actually show up Rebook no shows without hesitation Hit daily call targets and weekly appointment goals Compete on the leaderboard and win

WHAT YOU BRING

Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written An outgoing personality that comes through on the phone Zero fear of making 100 plus calls a day

Persistence:

you hear maybe later and you call back tomorrow Reliable, on time, coachable Call center, sales, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude beats resume
