This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the business continues to expand. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about keeping things organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Follow up with prospective and current clients by phone, email, and text Schedule consultations, private lessons, and classes using Acuity Manage the studio calendar and assist with scheduling changes and client requests Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with wedding and quinceañera client coordination Prepare and send contracts, invoices, and appointment reminders Maintain organized digital files and administrative systems Support marketing and office projects as needed Provide exceptional customer service both virtually and in person Help improve office systems and contribute ideas that increase efficiency Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office technology Experience with Acuity, Jotform, or similar scheduling software is a plus (training provided) Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with our company. This position starts with part-time hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM , with opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibilities as the role grows.
