  • Description We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented "Type A" candidate to support our schools smoothly behind the scenes. In this essential role, you'll manage inventories of curriculum materials, instructional supplies, and technology
  • keeping classrooms and offices fully equipped and functioning.
This is an ideal position for someone who takes pride in meticulous work, thrives on organization, and enjoys supporting educators by making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records for all instructional materials, technology devices, and general supplies. Receive, catalog, and systemically distribute curriculum materials, textbooks, workbooks, and other educational resources to classrooms and staff. Track, manage and monitor school-owned technology assets, including laptops, tablets, projectors, and peripheral devices. Conduct regular audits of instructional and operational supplies to ensure proper inventory levels to ensure completeness, flag discrepancies, and identify damaged or missing items. Create and maintain well-organized supply rooms, storage closets, and distribution areas for efficient access and workflow. Prioritize and fulfill staff requests for instruction materials with speed and accuracy. Support operational efficiency by anticipating needs and maintain a proactive approach to logistics and inventory flow. Academic Operations Specialist
  • Skills/Qualifications Associates Degree Required College degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, clerical support, or a related administrative role—preferably in a school or educational setting Required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Experience with inventory management systems or tracking tools Proficiency with productivity software, especially Google Suite and Microsoft Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff and students Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy school environment Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through Strong interpersonal skills

Location:
This position is based at our Woodland Hills campus (5975 Shoup Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367). Occasional travel will be required to our Van Nuys Campus (7477 Kester Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91405), and Valley Village campus (12326 Riverside Dr., Valley Village, CA 91607). Candidates must be willing and able to travel to these locations as needed.
