Administrative / Operations Coordinator Studio Jackson Inc Hollywood, CA Job Details Full-time $26.40 - $31.79 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Executive administrative support Driver's License Attention to detail QuickBooks Office management Full Job Description Administrative / Operations Coordinator Internationally Recognized Interior Design Firm | Hollywood, Los Angeles A nationally and internationally recognized interior design firm is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Administrative / Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Hollywood office. This role will work closely with the Principal and design team and is ideal for someone who is hardworking, resourceful, detail-oriented, and naturally organized. Extensive experience is not required—we are looking for someone with intelligence, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine can-do mentality . The position includes both professional and personal administrative support for the Principal , as well as helping manage the day-to-day organization and operations of a busy creative studio.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the Principal's professional and personal calendars, appointments, scheduling, and reminders Assisting with professional and personal organization and day-to-day administrative needs Supporting the design team with office operations, scheduling, and coordination Maintaining internal schedules, deadlines, files, documents, and follow-up items Managing correspondence and helping ensure important tasks are completed and nothing falls through the cracks Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting-related organization Coordinating appointments, reservations, errands, deliveries, and other administrative needs Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment Stepping in wherever needed to support the Principal and team The ideal candidate: Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Is hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in getting things done well Is proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next Has excellent communication skills and follow-through Is comfortable balancing professional and personal responsibilities Is discreet and understands the importance of confidentiality Is resourceful and comfortable solving problems independently Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment Has a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and believes no task is too small Must like dogs and be comfortable having dogs in the office Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in interior design, architecture, fashion, or another creative industry is helpful, but not necessary. We are less concerned with an extensive résumé and more interested in finding the right person—someone smart, capable, hardworking, organized, and eager to become an important part of the studio.
