Job Responsibilities Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Dispatch to generate and distribute daily production schedules to achieve delivery commitments. Utilize ERP system capabilities for production scheduling. Create and verify Bills-of-Materials for standard and custom products. Communicate production lead times to all levels of the organization. Schedule all stock and custom products based on form capacity, manpower availability and min/max inventory levels. Parodically review Min/Max inventory levels and adjust based on sales history. Coordinate the movement of stock inventory to the appropriate plant location or distribution center with Dispatch. Identify potential material shortages and take appropriate action to minimize their effect. Establish inventory cycle counting process for raw materials and finished goods inventories. Participate in the physical inventory process. Lead weekly sales & operations planning meetings. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or a minimum or equivalent experience Experience in the precast concrete industry preferred Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization Experience with change management initiatives related to processes and procedures to achieve desired results Customer focus; dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and listening skills Strong analytical skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MRP, production scheduling, inventory control Ability to plan work and implement programs through the direction of others Ability to read and understand shop/engineering drawings Compensation The hourly pay rate for this position is $25-$30/hr Bonus opportunity 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
