Dental Scheduling Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) About the Position Our growing dental practice is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and personable Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at keeping the hygiene schedule productive while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. We are specifically seeking a candidate with at least two years of dental office experience who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mon

  • $28 per hour based on experience Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the daily hygiene schedule to maximize productivity.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate hygiene appointments. Maintain patient recall and reactivation programs. Fill cancellations and open appointment times efficiently. Coordinate appointments between doctors, hygienists, and patients. Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and general questions. Verify patient information and update records accurately. Help ensure an outstanding patient experience from check-in through follow-up. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to meet daily production goals. #IND Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working in a dental office. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience with dental scheduling software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
