Dot Foods, Inc (DTI)
Reports To:
Operations Support Manager Your Role:
This position is responsible for controlling, inspecting, recording and tracking inbound and outbound customer, truck, vendor, and visitor traffic, in addition to assisting Transportation and Operations Clerk with assigned tasks. Inspect & record inbound and outbound vehicle data Contact affected department for entrance authorization and instructions Verify correct load & temperature settings Verify product returns Use Yard Management systems and perform data entry tasks Process company driver check-in paperwork Collect, sort and distribute driver paperwork to appropriate departments Assist DTI team with after office hours driver support Notify DTI management of safety or security accidents, incidents, or violations Assist with keeping the Gate Station clean
We Need You To Have:
High School Diploma or GED Good verbal & written communication skills Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate positively & effectively with internal & external customers Ability to work independently and as a team Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate in a safety sensitive environment.

Available Schedules:
