Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and dependable Scheduling & Administrative Assistant to support our physician scheduling and daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, preferably with scheduling experience, organized and detail oriented. This role requires someone who is proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable learning scheduling platforms such as QGenda, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential. This position will initially provide support with scheduling and administrative responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow into a more independent scheduling role as knowledge and experience develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a comprehensive daily schedule for radiologist, ensuring coverage during all business hours. Monitor and fill any scheduling gaps promptly to optimize workflow. Communicate effectively with doctors and hospital staff to coordinate schedules and address any conflicts. Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed to meet hospital coverage requirements (including nights, weekends, and holidays) Track provider availability, PTO requests, and schedule preferences. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or radiology setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise with medical staff and ensure smooth operations.

$20.00 - $23.50 per hour
