Lot Operations Specialist II (Manheim) Cox Automotive - 3.5 Oceanside, CA Job Details Full-time $18.17 - $27.21 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid jury duty Paid holidays Military leave Paid time off Volunteer time off Bereavement leave Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Responsibilities Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move to defined area. Conduct walks to identify vehicles condition as runners/non-runners. Oversee lot coordination to maintain the continuous flow of traffic. Pull and maintain the keys for any unsafe vehicles and report to management. Monitor traffic identifying potential traffic blockage. Direct drivers on vehicles assignment. Move running vehicles and stage them in a safe arrangement to their proper work destinations. Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed. Confirm with the transporters that all vehicles being delivered are inoperable. Input accurate vehicle information into handheld device using crew management reporting problems and additional notes. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with safety excellence. Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge of identifying (i.e., flat tires, low gas, jump starting vehicles) Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. 1 year customer service experience preferred. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission Ability to work in fast paced environment Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

per hourCompensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.21/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
