We are looking for setters who have already proven they can produce, in solar, pest, alarm, roofing, fiber, or any other D2D vertical, and who want a better split and a team that is actually building. Straight talk about this market The Inland Empire has been knocked. You know it and we know it. What makes the difference here is not virgin territory. It is a better pitch, a closer who actually closes, and an operation that installs what you sell. If you have been burned by a company that sold hard and built slow, that is the problem we are solving. SCE bills are high and going higher. The homeowners are still there. The bar is just higher on execution. Our territory covers Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Upland, Chino, Corona, and Riverside. What you will do Run your own territory with minimal supervision and hit a consistent weekly set number Set qualified, sit-ready appointments, not filler on the calendar Hold your own conversion rates on doors, contacts, and sets Help train and ride along with newer setters as you grow into leadership Work closely with your closer to protect close rate and cut cancels Keep clean CRM records and accurate pipeline reporting What we are looking for 6+ months of documented door-to-door or direct sales production (solar preferred, not required) A track record you can speak to: sets per week, sit rate, close rate Self-managed. You do not need someone standing behind you to get out the door Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Availability weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Interest in moving into closing or leadership within 6-12 months What you earn 50% commission split from day one. No tier to climb, no probation period, provided you can show the track record $2,000-$15,000 in commission per deal, depending on system size and deal profile $750 fast pay on M1, paid after site survey Uncapped New setters here start at 35% and work up to 50%.
