Construction Operations Coordinator Premier Pro Remodeling Rocklin, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Office activity coordination Dispatching Attention to detail Construction document control Full Job Description Operations & Production Coordinator The Operations & Production Coordinator is responsible for helping manage projects from the time a job is sold through final completion and closeout. This position works closely with clients, contractors, sales representatives, project management, and financing companies to ensure projects stay organized and move forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Review new job files and make sure all required contracts, documents, photos, and information are complete. Handle customer financing applications, approvals, stipulations, and funding requirements. Communicate with financing companies regarding applications, project completion, and funding. Communicate with contractors and subcontractors regarding scheduling, project status, paperwork, and completion. Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, project updates, financing, documents, and outstanding items. Assist with dispatching contractors, crews, inspections, and appointments. Track projects throughout production and follow up on pending or delayed items. Close completed jobs by making sure all required paperwork, completion documents, payments, financing requirements, and internal records are finalized. Maintain organized and accurate customer and project files. Communicate with the sales and production teams regarding missing documents or project issues. Assist management with general office operations and additional administrative responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, professional, comfortable communicating with customers and contractors, and capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
