Operations Coordinator - Seafood Industry Peninsula Seafood of San Bruno /

All Shores Seafood Starting Pay:

$30.00 per hour (depending on experience) Peninsula Seafood has been serving the Bay Area since 1975. We are a family-owned wholesale seafood company looking for a motivated individual to join our office team. This is more than just an office job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn our business from the ground up and build a long-term career. As you gain experience, you'll take on greater responsibilities and have opportunities to grow into customer account management, purchasing, business development, or other leadership roles. What You'll Do Answer customer calls and assist with orders Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently Learn our products, pricing, and inventory Assist with purchasing and daily office operations Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers Provide excellent customer service Help improve office processes What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Seafood industry or any food experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow with our company. Compensation & Growth Starting pay of $30.00 per hour , depending on experience During the initial training period, the position will begin at approximately 25-32 hours per week , with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule as training is completed and responsibilities increase.
