Job Description

The Real Estate Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of our growing multifamily portfolio while working directly with company leadership. This role provides exposure to property management, renovations, construction, leasing, and asset management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and contractors, tracking projects, assisting with resident and property operations, maintaining reports, and helping improve internal systems. This position serves as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal team members, helping ensure our properties operate efficiently and projects stay on track. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking initiative, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Resident Experience Serve as the first point of contact for residents by answering incoming phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly. Assist residents with maintenance requests, lease questions, and general inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communications. Schedule maintenance and vendor appointments while keeping residents informed throughout the process. Assist with property inspections and help ensure operational issues are resolved. Deliver an exceptional resident experience through proactive communication and customer service. Vendor & Project Coordination Coordinate maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers. Schedule repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Maintain organized records of bids, contracts, invoices, and project documentation. Administrative & Operational Support Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership. Organize digital files, property documentation, and operational records. Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and purchase orders. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications. Support the implementation and improvement of operational systems and processes. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, property management, or office support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in property management and real estate operations Superior organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in multifamily property management or commercial real estate. Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software. Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, or construction projects. Experience with QuickBooks, JobTread, or project management software.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
